antonywardle
Anyone know why he, and others, tape up their biceps? My wife asked and I don't have any idea. I can understand taped knees and ankles but not biceps
fragmeister
Yes, this is a bit odd. My son asked me the same question. I am familiar with taping that runs along the muscle from the shoulder which protects from over extension and stabilizes the muscle but his goes around the muscle. I would like to know the answer too.
Fab1
When they get a tricep strain/tear from a previous injury, the tightly wrapped tape around the bicep helps stabilize the affected tendon/ligaments and thus aleviates the pressure on the affected injury.
