SlimeyB
Need some advice from Brisbanites please. Going up for a week in late January from Sydney. Our hosts have nice boat with access to Moreton and Stradbroke Islands, and outside when weather prevails. I'm looking to go for queenies and any other pelagics if possible, casting stickbaits and trolling lures. I've done this further North with success, but don't know about Brisbane. Not much with Google searches. Any advice would be welcome. Cheers Simon
macman
I wouldn't have thought that queenfish would venture that far South, but then again I wouldn't have said that Threadfin Salmon would be caught in the Brisbane River, so I guess anything's possible. SlimeyB
Thanks Macman. I'm beginning to realise that through my searching and the lack of response here!
Scratchie
Hey mate, I'm trying to find some info from my nephew. He was talking to me on the weekend about catching queenies on the Gold Coast. I've only just signed him up to FR, so hopefully you'll get a response soon! Cheers scratchie!!!
