Snapper at night

I'm thinking about doing an overnighter for snapper off stanwell on Saturday and was curious to hear what people's thoughts were on catching snapper at night. Has anybody had much luck?

you might get a few more sharks than snapper but better than being at work

Snapper are renown for feeding in low light periods, dawn/dusk. At night, well you might getting lucky occasionally!

I know they fish for them at night down in Victoria so it could work here

Late afternoon & the first few hours after dark are excellent for Snapper .

I was thinking along the same lines as Ken A but in reversal. We will probably start fishing at around 2am and work our way towards dawn.
