Grays Point - Mansion Bay

Hi,

I've taken a walk down at Mansion Bay (End of Gray's Point Road) during low tide, I am just curious as to how high the water gets on those flats during the high tide? Is there still a dry path from the flats to the walkway back up to the street? Or will water end up covering the path back up?

Generally it only get's up to the mangroves but it depends on the height of the tide . Wait until there is a large high tide & check it out

on a high tide the water goes all the way into the mangroves but you can still get back to the street

Okay, was planning on heading there on the weekend to pump some nippers on the low, I have only ever seen it on the low so I was curious as to whether we'll be wading to head back to the street later when the tide rises.
