Posted December 25, 2015 Share Posted December 25, 2015 hey raiders got up early this morning initially wanted to get to Clifton gardens but when I saw the wharf already full at 330 I did a quick uturn and changed location to a quieter spot nearby, what a great choice that was. All morning was full of action, I was just using my stradic 1000 today with 6lb and there was a good bite of blackfish and trevally. Also got dusted 3 times by kingfish but oh well, it happens sometimes. Biggest blackfish went 41 and biggest trevally went 47. The fish are going straight on the BBQ tonight for a family gathering so there something to look forward to Cheers raiders and merry Christmas! Better than the Hacking, seems there are a few bities cruising about. The sharks are in all estuaries of course, but the Hacking is rather quieter than usual. Think I know those steps... have had a few sessions down there when the blackfish would take peeled prawns on the surface they were that ravenous!
