DELAY RE FORT DENISON WOULD BE DIFFERENT BUT SURELY THE HIGH AND LOW TIDE TIME DELAYS WOULD BE ROUGHLY FIXED FOR ANY TIME OVER A 24 HOUR PERIOD?
