I don’t baz! I generally do a bait collection before I come home! I also have a neighbor that’s love them!

top sushimi fish, also seafood or schnitzel crumbed shallow fried, gorges white flesh

With a knife and fork... ?

Bonito are nice as sashimi. I have eaten them smoked... yummy but I haven’t smoked them myself. I also like them just barbecued. I have some fillets in the freezer... I won’t be barbecuing those but I intend to make Thai fish cakes out of them. I think they’ll be OK.
