Personally whatever happens to us we deserve it all plus some for our stupidity as we are all partaking in the destruction of this world in one way or another. kingie chaser
Sounds like about 15 movies Ive seen ? Population controls probably need to be enforced at this time before more damage is done And establishing a colony on Mars is a step we will have to make in the very near future ? kingfishbig
Population is stabilizing in many developed countries, even falling in Japan. We'd stabilise at 27 million at then gradually decline if we were running zero NOM. Instead we have mass immigration giving us the highest population growth in the developed World bar Israel. JonD
For most of us we are to wrapped up in our personal lives to consider the big picture. https://www.news.com.au/technology/science/animals/we-have-one-foot-in-the-red-zone-earth-enters-sixth-mass-extinction-event-in-halfabillion-years/news-story/0fb59428ea46a12d1c5316942a11acda
Fox Bite
While I am with you, JonD, on all environmental issues, in order to consider and feel for “the big” people have to be on the very top of the Maslow’s piramide. In fact the most of us are at the bottom of it or somewhere in the middle, if we are lucky enough, and have to fight the issue of our own personal extinction (which is inevitable anyway in next 0-80 years, lol).
