RU4REEL
Hi fishraiders I’ve decided to get into surf fishing a bit more so I’ve found myself a nice Penn 7500ss. Its a US make which I’m really stoked with (bit rare). I am absolutely busting to try it out, last time I had a fish off Boat Harbour I managed to land a decent Salmon with the Slammer. I’ll post an update 🙂

kingie chaser
Penn's now come out China AFAIK, I have one of the last USA made 330GTi's & they just look & feel better that the current versions. I wouldn't say your reel is rare but a great one none the less seeing as they aren't made in the States anymore. Edit: Apparently the Senator & international reels are still USA made, the rest are made in China Edited September 2, 2020 by kingie chaser

Rebel
Hi. There is a guy on you tube that will tell you about your reel. He said it is rare to find a good reel these days as the better ones were made in the 1980's. To check if it is made in the USA, it should be stamped on the footof the reel. They still sell them in the USA,all second hand. Cheers.
