Live bait tank

Hi

I’m looking at buying a new live bait tank with chopping board on top.

I was thinking about a Pro wave, has anyone got one and what’s your thoughts?

My old tank is a home made one which sits inside the boat talking up floor space which I don’t have much of, that’s why I’m looking at one that bolts to the  top of the gunwale.

Any other brand or suggestions would be great.

One of my buddies has a Prowave and it is very well made and solid. My only concern with cutting board on top is it has to be clear of bait, knives etc to get the livies out. Also I wonder about “juice” from the cutting board leaking into the live bait tank.

Hi all...Pete,why don’t you design/make one yourself out of aluminium ?mark out and cut out what you can,go to a sheet metal place and get them to fold it for you.I could weld it up for you.cheap and exactly what you want.

I have the prowave one mate, I also have a dedicated removable baitboard.

The tank itself is great! solid and well made.
