Hacking bait

Hi all, where am I getting yakkas in the hacking now days? Have been away for a few years and jibbon was always my go to! East side near moorings, have tried a few times of late and dead as. Where are people getting them now days consistently?

i catch them among the moored boats in lillipilli. burley hard and theyll come. Yakkas have been quiet as of late though but i have seen them at Yowie and Cronulla ferry wharvs rather constantly

The second half of this year, the yakkas have been hit and miss in the Hacking, there one day and not the next outing.

yeah all among the moored boats there yakkas and occasionally slimys

Hey Fisho, outside the slimies are everywhere about 400m off the ocean side of jibbon bommie over the reef there.

Inside for yakkas can try around Gunnamatta wharf as well as Wally’s wharf. You have to burley up a bit.
