I’m going to the entrance for a couple of days and I’m targeting jewfish off the beach and tips on what baits and specific spots to fish at ?

Could give you tips about the channel if you want. Haven’t ever fished the beach for Jewies but I know there’s some pretty big ones there plenty of people here who can help you

Fish where the water come out of the lakes on the outgoing tide and let your bait flow out with the run. Live Mullet or Whiting (legal sized) if you want to avoid the stingrays

Where can I catch the live mullet from because every time I’ve been there I’ve only gotten whiting flatties and bream

Assuming you’re talking about poddies anywhere should be fine where the water isnt too deep maybe a bit of weed around or a sand flat and if you see a few swimming around that’s a good indication obviously
