The squid hunt continues to the rocks

So after the donut for squid off the rocks last week due to heavy swell. I changed locations and hang out at curl curl in morning.

Fished for 2 hours near weed beds and reefs.

Caught one massive squid with hood big as my foot.

More fine dining on squid tonight

thanks rob, i have gotten used to them but around next year i need another pair. my little escapades have taken me far and wide across the northern beaches

indeed, i always found it amusing that big squid can take drag and i just can't bring myself to use it as bait when its a perfectly tasty meal in front of me. awful waste unless a small one
