  1. Hello Lads, My cousin and i will be breaking out the Boat tommorow night, putting in at Como and heading out to the Bay.Neither of us have much experience of night fishing in the bay, and i would be very grateful for any tips, was thinking of heading out towards the hot water outlet, and berleying up but as yet the plans are no more developed than that. Cheers Rob

  4. I've seen some real mingers in that place, however maybe its improved since then?? Out of interest do you still have trouble with convoys of doof doof machines cruising in from South West Sydney on a Sat night? We used to head down there from the shire about 5-6 years ago every now and again. Cheers Rob

  6. Good call Dave. The fart call has given me an idea There are some quiet parts of the upper woronora it would suit i reckon, but agreed, there wouldnt be too many places you could use it........... Looks fun though, nothing like risking life and limb on $50 watercraft

  8. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/FREETIME-INFLATABLE...1QQcmdZViewItem These things seem to sell for around 50 bucks on Ebay. Obviously they would be in trouble in anything but a fairly sheltered estuary however i was thinking of picking one up for a bit of mucking around (Flathead drift?) in my local area (Woronora / Georges Rivers) could be a bit of fun and maybe even work off some of those What do you reckon lads, anyone have any experience with these things?
  9. Ok folks got back on Monday.... Well, the weather put a real dampener on things, went outside twice but days were cut real short due to high winds......however, wasnt all bad, managed to catch my PB Flathead @ 58cm and a stack of undersize Bream, Snapper, Flathead and a couple of Tailor... I'll be back in summer for the Mackerel

  11. Mate i have not bought tackle in Japan before, but i have lived there and been there for business about half a dozen times. I have never had problems with being rorted in Japan, which is a major contrast to other countries in Asia where it is a favourite pastime. Good Luck with the shopping and let us know how you go! Cheers Rob
