Just though i might share a trick or two with you guys... Love BBQ'd fish and the best and tasties way i have found is to; - Chop garlic, parsley and mix in a bowl with olive oil, salt & pepper. Salt the fish, be generous with the salt. Spread this mixture over the fish and let it rest for a good couple of hours... IMPORTANT - Mare sure the fish is room temperature prior to cooking... Cook on a medium heat and keep on pouring the mixer over the fish while cooking... BEST results on a charcoal BBQ.....

Got a smoker myself and ive tried smoking salt water fish only to be dissapointed.... TOO DRY.... Fresh water fish, smoked are the best....

ONCE again thank you to all.... Looking forward to spending some time reading this forum.... Plenty of interesting info.... Its gonna take me weeks/maybee months.... I live in the western Sydney and only found out to my surprise that there is descent fish in the Chippo Lake worth targeting, thanks to this forum..... I live around the corner so if anyone is going out on the boat, would love to tag along... More then happy to pay for any expenses....

WOW, some amazing photos and stories on this forum.... Didnt know such a place existed.... Great little community you guys have going on here.... Some VERY useful info which i will consider next time i go out.... WELL i am new and below are some of many fishing trips ive been on.... I took up Lure fishing since young age and i am hooked.... ATM i am a big fan fishing for trout/flathead/bream/bass with a selection of secret lures of mine Enjoy the photos and hopefully ill get the chance to meet some of you fellas, go for a fish, exchange some stories over a cold beer.....
