Well done guys and eldest daughter

I love when a plan come together.. left work a bit early packed up the gear and met up with 2 of my mates 1 who never caught a hairtail in his life and the other mate who lost his touch on fishing for hairtail for about 4 years now, drove to parsley bay boat ramp just as i got there i mate a phone call to stewie see if he was out and surely he was already camping at spot x, I decided to anchor up near him and as the arvo settled into the nite me johno stewie and my 2 boys was screaming and yelling having a blast of a time people can hear us from one end of the river to other thanks boys for entertainment should do a raider meet up, long story short we ended up with 7 hairtail

Hahaha great catch up johno and stewy its been to long, but a nice to catch up and having a laugh last nite we shall meet again

Hi raiders went down to port kembla to mates house, early morning start at 6am on a Saturday morning 23/04 packed our gear and went to straight to the ramp launch the boat went straight to the squid ground within 5 seconds of having the squid jig and not ready to setup the rest in the water and bang mates rod went screaming as he was winding mine went buckling down lasted for about an 1 hour before weather decided to play up, all up 9 squid

Headed out to the hawkesbury river for a fish, its been a while that I haven’t been out fishing for a long time hence all the rain and flooding we had, headed out early morning to parsley bay boat ramp armed with crab pots and fresh pilli as i went closer to the waters i was greeted by very muddy waters, it didn’t look so promising but i bit the bullet and went straight to the crabbing grounds dropped 4 pots for a soak then first to to my usual fishing spot and waited and burley hard for zero bite i decided to anchor up and went to my other usual spot and surprisingly it start to fire up and had hook up after the other kept a feed and went to check the pots and surprisingly it produced some nice tucker

Headed out to hawkesbury, a few days ago and decided to do some bread and butter fishing, low light with low wind made it perfect day fishing, started to do a burley trail and the fishes started to come on the chew all fish where caught on cube pilli

The meat is very sweet, my wife pretty much does it, deep fry with chilli, salt, pepper and lemon grass

A little twity bird told me hairtail are on, went out to try on Tuesday nite and spot on hooked 7 and lost quiet a few as well..

I might join u guys this year hahaha

Tonight it was a pleasure to meet @swordfisherman @mrsswordfisherman hairtail was on fire tonight, despite the wind blowing gale at 30ks during the arvo and dieing During the nite for a perfect picture nite, having to accompany by two lovely person with all the laughters made the nite go past quickly with a handful of fish between to mates made the nite remember-fully, thanks guys IMG_1272.MP4
