This is my bermuda 410. Ive had it for about 3 month and just love it. It has a 4 stroke 40 hp merc on the back. All i have to do now is throw on a fish finder.

Hi guys, i recently got given a Okuma baitcaster reel, its just a normal spinning reel but it has two extra features at the bottom of the reel. I think it has to do something with the drag. It has a lever that can be flicked up and a turn dial knob. I am just wondering how and when do you use these features. Cheers guys

Yeah the bay seemed to be quite and rough today. Heps of reddies around though. I came home with a 36cm bream and 4 trevalies, the largest being 42 cm. But i guess its better than nothing.

Hi raiders, I was just looking at fish finders from bcf. Hi, I was just wondering how you guys clean your carpet after going out. The last few times ive been hosing it down. But after time will this cause the floor to rot? Do you guys hose it down or how do you clean the carpet. Cheers

Hi, I went out on sunday morning, the weather wasn't that flash but it was worth it. I left the boat ramp at about 6 and came back at around 12. I caught a few good size keepers Were any of you fellow raiders out in the bay on sunday?

I got the salmon at molineaux point and the breams of the third runway. The tide was running preety quick and choppy, perfect weather for kingies, salmon and jewies . Where u out on sunday?

Yeah the bay has been preety good lately . Yesterday I caught a 55cm salmon, and 3 just legal bream. I also had a massive jewie but just as i was getting it into the net it got unhooked, but .

Where is molineaux in the bay. Someone told me today that the reason for not many strikes was because i was using 20 pound line with a size 1 sinker. He reckons that i use 6 pound at the maxium. I had two set up for the surface, and 2 for down low with all 20 pound line and leader. Just wondering what are your thoughts? I have been fishing off rocks and wharfs for adges but i only recently bought a boat so the boat seen is all new for me. Cheers

I went out today in the bay with a disappointing result. We started at about 6, we went over to the oil wharf resulting in a few small snapper. We then moved out a bit futher inbetween the heads with no luck. Then went back to the caltex terminal with no result. Then went dolls point which produced a small flathead, by this stage it was about 12. On the way back to the foreshore boatramp i stopped again at the runway for a bit which didnt produce anything. I was fishing with prawns and squid. Where have all the fish gone? Is it just this time of year.
