  1. Same, Sgt Bakers everywhere, I got one on SP that would have gone 2kg it was massive
  2. Disregard my last- I spoke to Navico and sent them a few pictures ans spent 2 hours on the phone with them. None of their Techs had ever seen anything like this, so they are replacing the unit. Nice bunch of Guys and very helpful.
  3. We bought a HDS9 last week, and yesterday fired her up on the bench. All seemed to go well. Yesterday arvo I went onto the Lowrance website and downloaded a update and put in on the machine. It appeared to load successfuly. We the unit was re-started this happened. Any thoughts
  4. I agree, there is nothing better than see a fish swim off. You can always do what I did- After a tag and release I approached a Guy who already had moulds of Marlin in the size I caught (80kg in my case) so I had two wins, a marlin on the wall and a fish to swim free. Noel.

  13. Weekend Warrior ????, I do my 70hrs a week, If the weekend is the only time I get to go to Browns...........well I'm one of them. I'm not as lucky as most that can fish when ever they want. Isn't it about limits and conservation. If you get 71 on the weekend and 200 throughout the week over the other 5 days of the week, isn't that the same! Bag limits! That's what they are there for. Can't control how many people Bag out. FYI......I take 1.

  17. Just wanted to get your thoughts on these trim tabs- Nauticus Smart Tabs SX Series. We are going to put some Tabs on the Hunstman, but in my surfing of the internet I came across these. Just want some thoughts. Noel.

  22. I got a quote for the "fake Teak" from a Aus supplier and it came in a do it yourself kit. The product alone without the glue was $290 per s/ metre. Was going to cost me nearly 3k with all materials I needed. I'll stick with the carpet.Noel
