Mate was out there yesterday aswell in my quinnie 4.7 ive never seen it so calm I think the swell inside the harbour was bigger, your right it was like glass out there. We were able to cruise at 40kph up to the wrecks off Narrabeen only took about 20mins or so to get there from the heads it was that flat. The wrecks were a little bit dissapointing managed a heap of undersized snapper with only one keeper, a nice mowie, two nice travelly & a heap of sweep, we didny keep the sweep. On the way back had a go at chasing some tunar i think they were stripes not real sure couldnt get closer enough & when we did they wouldny eat our metals. Then we headed down south off Bondi to have a drift, managed a gernard,a salmon the first ive ever caught on a paternosta rig, a leather jacket heaps of undersized flatties & the best fish of the day was my 55cm Flattie yum yum. On our way home by 2oclock, I dont know where the salmon schools all went maybe the dolphins ate them all as someone posted some footage the other day at Nth Head. WHAT a DAY
