hey thats good fishin their, catching yellas this time of year as consistant as that is a top effort, well done

big swell fish the corners of the beach for pigs, they usually tuck in and feed on the cunjie washing around dont be suprised if u get ludrick and good bream as well, garie was good to us about a week and a half ago with plenty of pigs and ludrick to 2kg.

plenty of bream, whiting ,flattys cod , kings and cobes around the wreck. i dont know about the tinnies and limitations but around at comby point a small strech of reef approx 150m from the beach produces good snapper,spanged emperor,cod and kings but fish it 2hrs either side of the tide the current is too strong otherwise, use live bait if possible i mean any sort of small fish u catch ie:whiptail or the like, hope this helps.

i also use a loop knot, never had a problem from trout to barra, i will say i do take the spit ring off! i dont think it would be much of a prob with heavier mono or fluro but light leader id think twice about it, hope this helps. hooroo daniel

It must have happen fairly quickly, i was down their the w-end befor the long w-end watchn the old fellas jossle position arond the bridge fishin for luderick, water and fish sempt fine, adults and kids fishin from the jetties dotted around the place catchin plenty of mullet.

G'day ray! now thats livin? what a way to spend a month, those barra look around 700-800mm long, just curious on the size of the biggest fish landed for the comp, very tough to crack a metery.
