Chech out the techni ice you can get it from the hardware store. I used it earlier this year on an interstate trip, the airlines let you use it but not normal ice. It was still frozen solid with 3 days in the esky with fresh fish. I'd go the techni ice...

Went up there last year with some mates and did 2 charters one with renegade which was hand line only...... really crap wouldnt go with them again and the other with MARLIN BLUE based at airlie beach and it was fantastic. went again with them this year, the fish werent biting but the skipper (Ken ) was working like a dog to put us on to them. Fantastic boat and skipper. Josh

Hi Roberta, I have the olympus and can't say enough good things about it. With it being shockproof you dont have to worry about it being bashed around and the underwater stuff on it is great..... Takes great shots Josh

great advise from everyone. When I first tried a baitcaster I went 5 for 5...... five birds nests for five casts that is before I got a lucky one After that I would just stand out in the driveway casting a practice plug for a few minutes a day until i could drop it into the wheelie bin from about 30 feet ( with a few wayward ones in between ) I still get the birdsnests regularly, but it's just such a sweet way to chuck a lure around. Can't wait till i actually catch something other than a snag on it Its just practice My still says I look like an idiot in the driveway

We got broken into and had a bunch of stuff stolen, We were sure it was our neighbours..... sure enough a couple of days later I saw the bloke playing with his new camera which was exactly the same as my stolen one... Police still didn't do a thing. String em up I say!!!!........... or maybe Bridle rig em, and slow troll them on a downrigger

Thanks for the luck Daniel in byron. I'm full too the gills with info and sick to death of studying. Wish I was heading out to wet a line this w/e. My last exam is on the 27th (radiology) so if anyone wants a fishing buddy after then pm me. I could use a couple of kings to get all this study out of my system.
