  2. I don't mind cleaning up after myself and some others if I'm the only one but when you have 40 people fishing like crazy, dying fish flopping around in pools or on the rocks, fish heads cooking in the sun and rubbish in general scattered I had to just walk away. Needed fisheries to walk down and do licence checks. I reckon most would have either got done or vanished mysteriously. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  3. watched the other fishos off the rocks, s/e corner using varied rigs. Suspended pilchard under a float getting salmon or a weighted float towing a 4 to 6 inch squid trailing lure about 3m behind with fast retrieve hauling the bonito in. Rocks were packed with people and ended up packed with fish heads and rubbish. No one was using berley. Seemed like bite was best about low tide. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  4. I'm not sure of the name but its the point at the south end of the beach and yeah mozzieville, wow! Cheers guys. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  5. Berlied off the rocks at low tide about 4.30pm with bread and pilchards. Slimies turned up after 10 minutes and started smashing everything. Had about 70cm king take a slimy I had hooked and bringing in on a little daiwa 2000. That hurt. Turned up the pressure with penn 7000 with a livie out. Kings disappeared and a shark took the livie. Mozies came in and we left about 7pm having had a ball. Ps if you fish there take your rubbish with you. I took a bag full home as it looked like a tip when we arrived. 6. Can you do the video again without the alleged copyright issue? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  7. Witha I've caught plenty of flatties on blades by a medium retrieve over shallow sand but I've found in deeper water the lift and drop is the go. Yeah they are expensive little buggers. I'm not game to use them near rocks. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  8. Hiles I was thinking a wind proof jacket with hood and some of the other stuff the guys have said. Instead of recommending what I'd like I googled it and came up with these. If the link breaches rules please delete. Just trying to help. https://www.pfdsales.com.au/product-type/jackets Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
