hey bb , i dont know much about the symetre but i got the saros in the 3000 which i use on kings and jews and i must say i am very impressed really good line lay and smoooothhh as for the money they are worth every cent cheers Nick

heyy Greg L are the cermets the top of the line guide from fuji ?? also...with the camo grip does that make the rod heavier?or lighter than having regular cork grips i no that they are a expensive rod to get built so i dont really want to rush into it atm bcoz if i puchase a rod from him ill make sure that it is the best i can afford, also can i get him to make me what ever length i want it to be or are his blanks all one standard size??? cheers Top Breamer

cheerss slink thanx my tackle store has june sale on shimano gear and might opo in and see wat he has i think i might go for the Saros 3000 or the twin power 4000 i prevously bought 14 lb fireline and will spool it on either one but for the rod im still a bit baffled i was thinking the td sol or the advantage rods not sure cheers still up for suggestions guys once agen slink you have been a grea help champ all the best Top Breamer

thanx slinky, i had a look at the saros 3000 the other day and the td advantage3000, now price wise the saros is on sale and has that great spool lip and the advantage is more expensive and heavier but i wasnt 100% because i dont wont to rush into it. do those rods have the power in the butt section to pull away the kings from structure ?? cheers i like the sound of the stradic 4000 outfit thanx once agen great help top breamer

hey ceph i got a team daiwa tierra 1500 and i love it. It was my first sp reel and it served me well as time went on i saw the shimano twin power 1000 and upgraded but i still use the tierra for sps but mainly on flathead and jew fishing lol i noe its a bit small but trust me it is a heap of funn it has also pulled in a nice king and the odd sambo. id say its great cheers top breamer
