Hey guys Planning on starting out with some beach fishing Always fished estuary and thought i might go buy a nice outfit to throw into the beach Was just going to ask what beaches are good places for good size tailor/salmon and also the good old jewfish? Any kinda gear u guys would say is a must to take to the beach? Thanks for the help Cheers Josh

Hey all Went down to ATB with the old man for a fish this morning Was targeting squid as well Ended up with this nice bream which put up a decent effort Went 32cms Also caught 18 squid...threw 6 back as a little small and another 2 were used as bait but kept the other 10..few were very nice size Was a decent morning out but the old man caught nothing haha Also i saw alot of baby flathead around the boat ramp there which was pretty kool got a nice foto if any1 wants to see it let me know Cheers Josh

What do the jewies usually take...im guessing at that size just some prawns or small squid?

Went down to Bobbin Head today for a fish with the old man Managed a few livies..no squid.. Caught a soapie Jew on squid early morning...very small lol but good to see them about Got a Bream too about 28 cms.. One hit on a yakka but no runs.. nothing else other than that Other than that not much happening round there! Josh

Hi all just a quick question Im after a jewfish..i caught a couple soapies but nothing worth writing home about lol Where is a decent spot with a good reputation where i can also possibly catch squid or livies at the same time? Land based? I can get boat access sometimes but not all.. Thanks for any ideas

Hey guys My Dad went out to bobbin Head last night at about midnight to have a fish while i headed to a different spot thinking Bobbin Head is a crap spot haha He managed a nice bream though n got busted off with something big twice (so he says ) Here is the Bream went 34cms....guess the old man did one better than me haha Anyone ever caught anything decent off Bobbin Head before?

Yeah it was..i was there early this morning too and barely any surface action happening at all lol Managed 3 squid and a fair few yakkas but the kingies were abit quiet..?
