Also battled the winds Tuesday afternoon after such a calm morning on the bay. Caught my first legal kingie after coming so close previously (63cm)... we also managed a few trevally and flathead.

Where's Fridges? Near the Spit bridge? How far from Tunks boat ramp is the bridge? Never fished middle harbour but keen to give it a go. Any info would be great. Cheers

Decided to try Botany again after being smashed by what we presumed were Kingies the week before. We were on the water around 6.15 and headed to the same spot on same tide. First hour, father in law managed 4 trevally whilst I hadn't had a touch. The tables turned around 8 when I got onto my first kingie, went 62cm, just needed 3 more cms. Over the next few hours I managed to land another 6, all between 58-62cm, lost a couple too. Was a great morning on the water, will be back soon to try and upgrade.
