i went on the gergoes the day before and got nothing not even a bite i fished with bait and my dad tried out his new baitcaster with some blades i think the water is to cold so im going to wait till the water wames up better luck next time fisherboy

yesteday we took the boat to the gergoes river to give it a run as it hasent seen water since anzac long weekend when we put it in the water it was all good as the engine stared first go but there was a small problem the stering was seized solid there was no give. we put the boat the boat back on the trailer and had a look at it a sat at the end of waff fishing while my dad tried to free the stering. in the end we found out what the problem was the stering cabe was seized solid where it passes through the motor. 1 hour later my dad david(akafisherdad) got it free and we where able to put it back in the water in the end we woved to various spots on the gergoes and whe got nothing not even 1 bite it was still to get good to get on the water and fix the engine cheers fisherboy

my sis has the okuma Femme Fatale and it is pink i used it a couple of times because mine was set up for lures and i was getting tried of not catching anthing and i was surprised how good it was it has nice berings in it and the rod is sutied with it it is about $100 so it is well in your price range fisherboy

hey jewgaffer i live in the campbelltown area me and my dad would appreciate some help with catching jew fish (any fish actualy ) i would mainly fish port hacking and botany bay/georges river area but we will fish anywhere im available on weekends due to school and my dad works weekdays so we are ony availabe on weekends my dad owns a 17ft southwind sr17 half-cab but it would be easer on your boat as there is more room to fish from as ours can only comfortably fish two we are willing to half the fuel and bait costs and im willing to help clean the boat cheers fisherboy and on the behalf of my dad david(akafisherdad)

i was looking at some reels and i saw that some gear ratios where diffrent to others 1st gear ratio eg 5:1 i now what this this one means for every one turn of the handle the spool turns 5 times 2nd gear ratio eg 3:5:1 or somthing like that and i dont know what this one means is on better than the other or are the for different pourposes thanks in advance thanks fisherboy

Yes its worth purchasing a good battery charger like the one you mentioned as it will prevent damaged by either overcharging or not getting a full charge into the battery. A lot cheaper than replacing batteries all the time Fisherdad
