Can you tell me where you get the stickers that you have on the inside of your gunnel. Do they have species, bag limits and a measurement.

Geez that was funny Harold a really good post mate. I would give you a hug and tell you next time will be better but the other boy's might talk about us. My 10 and 7 year old are great for the first 30 min's then it's on for young and old. We can all relate mate, again very very

Well according to this criteria I'm a yobbo too!!
Didn't read the article so I can't claim to have read this in context but if she serously said that, the mole should pull her head in.
It's certainly a prime example of misdirected criticism. A single trawler will destroy thousands of fish as 'bycatch' yet this 'holier than thou' mullet will criticise fellow rec anglers for taking a feed of fish home on the odd occasion we're luck enough to catch something worthwhile.
How about channeling your anger to the real issues threatening the fishery?
I'll have a look for the article now. If anyone has a copy can you post it please!!
Cheers,
Iain
iain if you give me a fax number Ill send it to you, I kept it.

" turned around and the rod was going nuts! Ran down to grab rod and realised that it was a bloody seagull attracted by the berley. Got the bird in and had to cut the line to free it, but managed to retrieve hooks and sinker and excess line."
Neil.

Well done on the sambo.
Cheers
Trev

Way to go mate. Tell me, was there a moment there when you looked at them squid and thought to yourself Jewie-squid-jewie-squid. Looks to me it was more a case of:

Is it just me or did anybody else find the comments of Leeanne Payne in Saturdays Telegragh [ PAGE 114] dissapointing. I will refrain from using the type of text that I would like to here and stick to the rules. The bloody nerve of this woman to refer to me as, and I quote,
"the flyfisherman's attitude seems different to the yobbo's who catch, fillet, kill, slaughter, maim and destroy whatever they can" unquote.
How dare you Miss/Mrs Payne refer to me as a yobbo, whom according to you, survives on a much lower level than your self-centred higher than bloody mighty opinionated arrogant self. I am proud of my catch and release tactics and the way in which I have provided my 3 boy's with the same qualities and respect for their chosen sport. I am also proud of the fact that I do keep the odd fish for the table. But please, if I am wrong and it is not my god given right to keep 1 or 2 fish for home please, let me know and I will apologize. I hope you dont eat fish Leeanne, but if you do please forgive the poor Yobbo that caught it on your behalf. One last thing, you to might also want to fillet your fish in future, I could'nt bear the thought that one day you might choke on it.
I will reluctently leave it at that.

Hi appoooh
Yes that was a great mag. You can still get it as I only seen one in a newsagent at Macarthur Square a few months ago. If you cant stumble across one I would either ask your local tackle store or newsagent to order one in for you.

Once again I will endeavour to get onto the wharf for a
with the boy's. Hope to have the first baits in the water at about 6.00am. Just anybody try to stop me this time. I am going to try SP's, my plan is to run them along the face of the wharf
