Robbielites
Hi Mate, Spot X is a bit of a furphy in the Harbour Spots that fire today will be dead tomorrow. If you look in the background of most Kingie reports the photos will show you where folks are My tip for Thursday with a 6.30am high tide is to go get some live bait before the sun comes up and fish the markers in the Harbour like the cakes and the channel markers. If you want to downrig, MH around Seaforth is a good bet but any of the moorings between Balmoral and Roseville are a good bet also. Kingy fishing is more like hunting; you have to actively pursue them, move around until you find them... Cheers. Robbie.

netic
Mate the various markers around our harbour are always a good place to start, also keep an eye out for working birds as there are the best fish finders.....
