ianoc69
I am looking to add a packet of Ecogear SP's to my collection for use when chasing Flathead. I understand Flathead are not fussy generally and I have caught them on Squidgy Fish, Bass Minnows and Berkley Grubs in numerous colours - BUT I was looking for someone whom has tried a range of Ecogear SP's with guranteed success on Flathead. Please reply with Type, Size and Colour of Ecogear SP that would be a definate item to carry in the tackle box. Thanks in advance.
Ken A
My 2 most commonly used Ecogear SP's when I'm targetting flatties are the 3" Paramax Grub & the 2.5 Grass minnow. If I am targetting big flatties I use a 5" Powershad.
Guest Big-Banana
Sorry its not an Ecogear. But Ive read in articles about Renosvky Shads. David Green praised them and said if he was only allowed one lure it would be one of those in 4 inch. Never seen them personally.
Pukka
Have to agree with Ken, the 5 inch power shad is great for flippin' to large flatty's (and jews). Pukk

mitch
I find th grass minnow a very effective plastic for the lizards. Also I have caught many a bass and some big EP's on these.

tyrone07
The 4inch renosky in mullet color is an awesome flathead lure a bit expensive though but yeah the ecogear grass minnows do the job
