Steve07 Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 A good day compared to most of boats yesterday & the dollie is a suprise catch this time of year. well done.
clifford Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 Good effort there Lee on the fin they are definatley out there. As Nexus said suprise with the dollie but welcome on the plate. cheers clifford
Sailfish-syd Posted June 1, 2008 Author Posted June 1, 2008 Hi Clifford and Nexus, I agree, we both were very surprised when the Dollie came to the boat. Lee
Boban Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 I'll bet the Dollie didn't put up much of a fight on the 24kg gear you got there.
Penguin Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 Well done on getting some nice fish outwide and that Dollie must have been lost penguin
Gamerod Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Nice yellow fin and a dollie is always a bonus. I believe they caught some dollies at the peak fad on Saturday. Saturday I went out to Browns on a charter we caught one blue eye and 1 gemfish out of ten blokes. One bloke caught both fish.(1st time he had been to browns.) We took some rods to have a troll on the way out, 1km west of browns at 6.45am we get a triple hook up on 10kilo yellow fin. At least we got a feed. Regards the Winch.
