Guest Posted November 4, 2008 Posted November 4, 2008 Hi all, One of our members Manicmum (My only sister) Dahlene was involved in a terrible car accident last night She has broken a few vertebrae in her kneck and has 6 broken ribs and other injuries. Guest Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 Just a quick update on Dahlene, She is at home now and starting the long and hopefully successful recovery of her extensive injuries. 6 broken ribs,fractured C2 or (hangmans fracture) and a lot of heavy bruising from the seat belt which hit her hard. Her family and friends are rallying behind her and she is in good spirits Regards Stewy

I am getting there slowly and can hardly wait to meet up with alot of you on the next fishing get together! Your kind thoughts and well wishes have been a blessing to me and makes it all seem insignificant & gives me more strength to "GET ON WITH IT" LOL!
