Squid were hard to find but we got a couple, in between we found some suface action nailed a nice bonnie for jew bait for tonight. wannabefisho Posted December 19, 2011 Author Share Posted December 19, 2011 I blew her over in a few minutes on 50lb braid and 80lb leader, but the problem is keeping these ones away from structure. Ol mate drove the fish out from under cover into open water where I had a chance else I wo0uld have gotten dusted big time! ... I can assure you there are bigger ones around some mates have been getting smoked on 80/100lb in harbour Fish was very green on the surface took 4 or 5 net shots to get all that size in head first to the net What a rush - cannot wait to go brain more soon Tight lines Anthony Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
