Luderick Hunter Posted February 3, 2013 Share Posted February 3, 2013 Hey guys, Started chasing a few flatties of late as the Luderick are very quiet down here at the moment. Fished Durras lake for a few hours this arvo, first fish equaled my PB at 50cm then I set a new PB at 55cm followed by another 50cm and then on the last cast of the day I nailed a big girl at 76cm, beautiful fish it was, Released after a few happy snaps. Hey Hooked up, they were all taken on berkely big eye blades, been getting a few on other days on squidgies as well but the blades seem to work best for me. They are taking them right down the guts. Its a great little lake, all my PBs except the whiting have come from there. The Luderick are gone though, was killing them this time last year.
