Basil D Posted March 5, 2014 Share Posted March 5, 2014 (edited) Headed out this afternoon for a couple hours of fishing, was going to go tomorrow but got a call if I can fill in so I rang chris and said were going now, my son Christo packed a few snacks and we met up at the boat ramp, Glad we did go out even in the thunder and rain we were singing, Calamari in the rain, Calamari in the rain. we ended up with 22, not bad for a few hour fishing ay. Tell you what is a great looking jig. Don't ask me what it is you will have to ask him yourself. I won't step on any toes that way. I will post a pic or two of them cooked. Yummo. Bread crumbs, Corn Flour, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, mix and fry them up somtimes I corn flour up the calamari peices, dip in egg (egg must be beaten well) then dip it in the crumb mix, that way you will get heaps more Crumb mix to stick, yummo. Orang, pink, white blue stripe that I have, plaing $5 jigs, I swear all are doing well atm , the Harbour Botany Hacking all firing atm, I got seven at bear Island.
