Just got back from a night fish at LilliPilli and a few other spots towards grays point fishing pillys,prawns,and salted fish strips.We caught one decent flounder around 38cm and a few undersized tailor,bream and 2 dirty puffer fish.

Very quiet on the water both In the

fishing department and other boats out.

water temp in river sitting around 20.2 as per sounder.

Other than running my battery flat and having to pull start my engine it was a very nice couple of hours with my wife and son.

There were a few people fishing on the LilliPilli wharf with no action also.

Theres always next time.

Thanks mate,Yes it was nice out there and even though I don't usually keep a single fish I kept the flounder for the Mil as she's been asking if I catch a flounder to bring it for her for ages.

Yes,it started first pull.That's a pro of having electric/pull start I guess.

give it another month champ, it has been quiet there the last 2 outing. i usually go out in the morning and you could get plenty of just undersize snapper lol. and kingies during the hotter months
