Capo
Been wanting to hit the lake for a prawn but just don’t know when is best. I wish thinking tonight(I know, leaving it abit late to post) was maybe gonna head out about 2 hours after the high tide and see how it goes? any tips or hints to be taken in would be greatly appreciated. Berleyguts
Best time is the run out tide, on the dark. You have a waxing crescent moon now, about 35% full, with the first quarter on December 26, with the full moon on Jan 2. The next new moon (dark) is Jan 17. Capo
New moon was the 18th dec, so if reading correctly on here, most people say around the 4 days either side of the new moon so now would kinda be the time. High tide was about 1am, so say the 3-4am would maybe be okay? Edited December 23, 2017 by Capo
