Pauafritta
I will be going to Orange for Easter and want to know if anyone would suggest a good guide or charter ( not flyfishing) for one of the dams or rivers. I plan to leave my boat at home so am hoping there are good options for a Murray cod or other fish with a guide or from shore.
blaxland
Im not sure orange is high on the fishing destination list but it could be a business opportunity for some body. I would contact the local tackle stores if anybody knows they will. Good luck, Here is a link to some info http://www.bluemountainsfishing.net/ Edited March 12, 2018 by blaxland

Sam P
Yeh orange isn’t A big fishing destination, the lake has plenty of Redfin, if you can get ahold of a kayak and find where they are holding up you can easy get over a dozen in a session on small plastics... only pulled a few yellow belly there over the years along the dam wall using bait. I don’t know if many fishing charter around here.. if you have time out around Payton’s bridge is usually good cod fishing roughly an hour or so drive. Big lures..Cheese or yabbies and you should jag few
