mii11x
Hi guys, What do use on the inside of your trailer plug to prevent corrosion/electolysis? You know, the green crap. Cheers Mick

jeffb5.8
I have run over mine once with the jockey wheel and then my mate did it, so replacing it twice in 2.5yrs is great maintenance.
Nolongeramember
I like to spread the male ends a little bit for better connection. (Don’t go too far or they will snap) I don’t get any build up to worry about really. I just spray in there whatever I have handy at the time. Usually Lanox. (Don’t go too far or they will snap) I had to do this to suit my Ford Ranger, on my wife's car (Nissan) I had no problems, but plug it into the Ranger and one or two pins didn't quite make contact so the lights didn't work. Ford said it was the trailer, the trailer place said it was the Ford, So I looked at the plug and spread the pins a little and bingo all fixed.
