JonD
Last year we helped a mate move up to the Daintree. The property had a little tinny wedged up in the trees full of mud, decaying leaf litter and big ants. My son was offered the boat if he could get it out of the tree, so as you can imagine to a 14 year old boy three days of determination had the bashed up old thing out of the trees and cleaned of debris. Now the little boat has found its way in front of our place on the lake. With plenty of aluminium puty squeezed into its holes and a little 3 hp outboard I bought locally it's being used daily and I don't think my son has stopped smiling. Rain, shine and even thick smoke isn't stopping him heading out everyday, I amazed by just how much fun he's getting out of this thing. He's even catching fish.
