BigHorse
Hey Fishraiders, lately i've been using willyweather to find my local tides and wind, but i have been given some dodgy information as in I go over to my local beach for a fish and it says its high tide but its clearly low. I was just wondering if anyone uses and other apps or devices to show their local tides.
savit
I assume you are in Newcastle Go to the source: https://www.ausmarinescience.com/tide-times/2021-new-south-wales-tide-times-1/ Or at least this: http://www.bom.gov.au/australia/tides/#!/nsw-newcastle Willyweather has nice and simple design, and it applies same SIMPLE approach to its forecasts. If I choose Narra Beach in Willyweather - it will provide wind info from closest inland Terrey Hills (instead of more appropriate North Head), and will provide tide prediction from well-known and 'protected' Fort Denison (instead of of more appropriate 'open' Camp Cove).
