As for the camera cars, drivers are always on the lookout to keep speeds to the applicable limit (well, most anyway) ,or, one can drive like the old farts about 10 ks under the limit, not getting caught for speeding but annoying others. 

I'm an old fart, though I don't drive 10 below the legal limit. Plenty of Highway Patrol out where I live so I need to be conscious of what speed I'm doing, all the time. Lately been getting visits from the speed vans too, in town and on the highway. bn

You could try one of those kangaroo pouches that hold coins if you know what I mean & tuck one of those hand warmers in for good measure 😌
