Hugh
My son broke his arm so the offshore fun wasn’t on the menu. We decided to go chase @Picklesbass instead. We were on the water at 5:45 but still didn’t beat the ski boats. Got a small bag full. All taking the Halco RMG Poltergeist, as close as I’ve got to the magic purple Feral.
Yowie
The bass make for good sport. As for the ski boats, they start up way before sunrise.

Pickles
Great work Hugh and Theo, Some great scrappers there - a heap of fun. (Greg Catt who makes the Feralcatt lures is only at Freeman’s reach and is a lovely bloke who sells direct - it’s worth giving him a ring and seeing his set up and buying a few lures - he is a master fisho and outstanding lure maker. - pm me if you want details) Also Stuckey lures have a great action and working well at the moment in Colo.
