Aussiefisherman Posted February 5 Share Posted February 5 After recently purchasing a baitcaster suited to cod, I put it 2 the test on some cod. @R E G I C Y C L E invited me up the mountains to Target a species that had troubled us in the past, the mighty Murray cod. First stop was a small creek that flows into the Macquarie River. This long and treacherous walk only resulted in a small yellow belly. I wasn't complaining as this is my first. After enduring the 35 degree heat and filthy humidity for a couple of hours we decided to move spots to spots. It only took 20 mins at this next spot and I was tight onto a cod 🥳 The mighty @R E G I C Y C L E was dounuted but a seafood pizza got him back into good spirits 😋 11 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
