Parsley bay temporary closure

No wuckers Zoran ! It would be criminal to see you tow the magnificent Devocean up there and not be able to launch her ! Have you ever launched at moony ?

Hahaha 😆. Yes would be a right PITA … has happened previously with barrycuda, on that day we turned around and went to Apple Tree bay. I haven’t used Mooney. Now that it has a pontoon it’s a possibility but I’ve heard rumours in the past that cars and trailers were being vandalized… not sure if that’s still a thing there but it’s kept me away. Do you use it?

No not for a long time , I did go to launch there maybe a year ago but didn’t feel safe there at 4am so I went to parsley bay .

I would have thought that with the amount of people staying overnight in caravan’s at mooney mooney it would be fairly safe now but I still prefer not to use it parsley bay is a great ramp also not much parking with all the vans there

The only person I know that used Mooney recently is @Pickles.

There were people living in cars - never know what you’re going to get with them , iirc the damned place was dark because someone had turned the car park lights off . The place is probably ok during the day but I didn’t get a good feeling about it at 4am !
