Hi Raiders , regrettably i have had to cancel this years houseboat trip !! , time is running out and with deposits paid better to cancel now or risk more expense, since i have already paid for my air flights i will still be going but will only be doing local weipa based fishing, theres still plenty of great action to be had up the rivers or out in the bay , so now i am only looking for one person who might like to join me on this trip , all expenses will be equally divided , staying in a cabin at weipa campground and using a hire boat from weipa housboats .if you are interested in joining me please pm me . cheers snr

yeah that seems to be where everyone goes, just watch the last wave set at the bar about 200 mtrs from the entrance best to go right to avoid them. I'm hoping to take the trophy up for easter, but i prefer to just troll around , got a 1.32m bull dolly australia day weekend hoping for a bigger one , good luck. snr

Hi fellow raiders .just a quick report to rub it in. dhype .Gary brickman .ray junior .peter and our good fried Andy and myself.are in weipa on the first day of t his years trip .all having a ball. tomorrow we go on a charter so hope to get into them .then Saturday we head down to boyds bay for six days . 7 species picked up today. Four new species for ray junior .two new species for Gary. Three new species for Andy .I'll try to update over the week .cheers snr
