Hi All Raiders , Which forecast site or sites do you use , and find the most reliable ? I personally use Seabreeze mainly , but sometimes also use BOM to double check . I also find that they are not always accurate especially lately. I know that it nearly impossible to predict the weather but for those of you who go to Browns Mountain , what do you use to check the weather will be nice to you out there ? I am getting a Seafarer Viking secondhand this week and will be hoping to follow a mate out there this summer. Thanks Heaps.

Thanks Jim , They do get smashed , I remember last summer we were drifting a inshore reef bottom fishing when we saw a large piece of a tree trunck floating about 50 meters away , we strapped on metal slugs and started casting at it blindly.My mate hooked up straight away to a small dollie, it was awesome fun for a while then they must of gotton spooked and the action stopped. We have tried fish traps a few times put widish but no luck yet.I think we might mark a few on the GPS soon and see if they are there consistantly. Cheers

Hi there , I am purchasing a secondhand seafarer this week and am very keen to head out to the fads as soon as the water warms up and they are deployed. I went out to them a few times last season but had no luck. Did anyone have alot of success and if you did were you targeting dolphin fish , I need some tips , I was trolling all sorts of lures and also yakkas. Maybe I timed it wrong.
