  3. I've never caught one or seen one caught. Id love to see one but I have a feeling I wouldn't take it home since I doubt theres many around, since they shouldn't technically be a difficult species to catch
  4. Real good bream mate, 43cm is also my pb. A lot seem to be 43cm mark don't they? also want to remind everyone that bream this size are 30+ years old.

  7. very interesting. I think they are a rare catch because they primarily eat jellyfish. I saw a cast of one about the same size in an italian restaurant in melbourne congrats I'd love to see any more photos if you have them

  16. I once found either a coral trout or cod flapping around in its death throes in some shallow water at pitwater. about ten years ago. it wasn't small either - 45/50 cms? from memory it was covered in tiny yellow spots rather than blue ones though. what did you do with the fish philip?

  21. school jews are the best. around 60-70cm The larger 1m and above models are pretty unpleasant. Very oily.
  22. definately a pike. they are putrid smelling as for that bream you sure its 45cm?? Because that would be a trophy bream and way more topic worthy than the leatherjacket. you got any scale photos?

    haha hill 60 at port kembla? i went up there to have a look at the view a couple of months ago, it was midday on a weekday but there were so many sleazy as shit guys skulking around up there by themselves looking for god knows what...don't take your kids up there!
