I'm 300km north! They must have got camperdown and port stephens mixed up! Lol

They are all pretty useless! Yesterday up here was supposed to be 40km wind and thunder storms, so I didn't go fishing! The actual weather for the day was light wind, great temp and beautiful evening and no rain! Today it's raining but I wasted my opportunity yesterday based on the forecast! Cheers scratchie!!!

Lol, I don't either when I have my boat!

Just a quick report from the Nepean. Caught up with diesel during the week and had a plan to take the yaks out and get a bass! Diesel was first on to a little fella Then I managed to get one too! The river is certainly teaming with these little aggressive buggers! We managed a fair few between us, had a great drift and some real good potential snags ahead when we hear the sounds we were dreading. Doof doof doof!!!!! It was a speed boat with music blaring and a wake that punished us in our yaks! Then the jet skis started and it was time to paddle back, ditch the yaks and walk the banks. On the paddle back we seen fellow raider deanfish heading upstream but didn't even give us a wave! Haha. We managed a few more from the shore best going 31cm All in all was a pretty good arvo, thanks diesel. Cheers scratchie!!!

Paikea, I had my 75hp merc serviced just before Xmas and it was $890 for everything. Paid the bloke $800 cash as there's no gst on cash! Lol Couldn't be happier. They did a great job and it performs awesome! Look forward to you getting the chance to use it! Cheers scratchie!!!

Paikea, As I said, after this Sunday. You tell me where and when and I'm there. I love your stories, your responses to people's posts and your enthusiasm to fishing at your tender young age! The least I could do is take you out fishing and share a joke or two! I have my own gopro and are happy to show you how it works and record our journey! I know you have had some recent health issues, but if anything you do between now and then, get them biceps and forearms exercised because I plan you have a rod or two very bent! Firstly- marine rescue are gold! Just quickly, was stranded one time due to a flat battery with all 4 kids on board. The came and towed me back to the dock. I asked them the cost and was told they only receive donations. I looked in my wallet and had only $5 in there. I promised to pledge a donation online and they were happy with that. The next day I was at the boat show and they were there handing out blow up rings for the kids for a gold coin donation. I gave each kid $50 for a ring each. The bloke says to me, that's way too much. I said to him, it wouldn't have been yesterday! It's called karma, and those guys do a terrific job! Cheers scratchie!!!
