Customer service no longer what it used to be!Why is it they can not just give a new one in replacement strip that one down,use it for trouble shooting,overhaul it and sell it as a reco.Everyone is happy then. True warranties mean nothing now,I had a alternater go on the care with 12 month warranty,6 days before it was to expire it went again.When the guy replaced it I said what warranty is on the new one he stated whatever is left on the old one.Which meant 6 days.I questioned it with him and Dept Fair Trading and it was correct. I did not keep the car much longer anyway but 6 days on a new piece of equipment is a bit rough. Quality is also out the door in alot of cases. CHEERS SUFFO

Hi Raiders, In Feb I am off for three weeks and plan on doing some fishing with a mate around the Sydney area and Hawkesbury.I was just wondering if anybody else would like to team thier boat up with mine and come out on Tuesdays or Thusrdays on the 6,8,13,15,20,22.I would like to go out to the FADS weather permitting but prefer to go with another boat.Not incase I break down but always safer in numbers if something does go wrong. The more the better.I am putting this out there as there seems to be plenty of social people out there and be good to put faces on members and just a good excuse to go fishing. I like to think common sense prevails.If it just looks to rough for the size of the boat,dont bother.No one fish is worth anybody's life.If it feels comfortable in the boat have a go,if it feels like "I do not know if I should try this,DON'T."This will also save you from embarassment of your pics being posted on the internet and everybody left laughing and shaking thier heads at you. My boat is 4.5 half cabin and I teamed up with a mate and we went 8km out off Botany.The waves were just rolling. Another time there was some swell we went to head for some surface fish but it was just a little uncomfortable so we never bothered and just fished inside the bay. Cheers Suffo.

We were all left wondering who Blayne was.At least we have a face to recognize for next time.Didn't get out of there till it was going on dark.Alot of boats yesterday.Alot of waterskiers there last night(who can not read).I figure it will be the same as they are expecting 40 degrees today.Looking at taking the kids up for a fish and a ride on the tube in the over 8knot areas.No specific time frame. We only hooked up to one bass about 5 inch.nothing else.Heading out tommorrow also more than likely.Taking the kids and the ring.They have a blast.DAM all those waterskiers who can not read the 8knot sign.Chhers on the lures also will try again tommorrow. Cheers Suffo

Hey Blayne,if the boss lets me I might head up about 5:30 to but will only be there for a couple of hours.Are you fishing the gorge or between bridges?My boat is ESCAPE cream burgundy half cab.No promises but I am keen.Like I said if the boss says Ok. I do not eat alot of fish but do like the occasional flathead.Here is a good recipe for your carp. 1 large carp 1 litrre water pinch of salt 1 common house brick yes you read right boil for 30 min drain water throw carp in bin serve house brick up on cool plate ENJOY! drink alot of beer to help wash down. Hey Stewy,I seem to see alot of questions being asked about rigs for specific fish or how to rig certain baits.This could be a start or how to rig some lures as I wonder sometimes how people get the lures down so deep.By all means keen to see new products and thier applications also. I don't know how keen some are or sponsers are but maybe table a meet each or every second month?I guess it would depened also on roll up.Would mid week evenings be better for most people? How long would it take to organize? I am off from 3rd Feb 07 for three weeks and planning on fishing so I am still keen. Keep me posted. Cheers Suffo

I usually nip my D shackles up with a shifter.Never had a problem losing them the way discribed but have lost two on reefs,not being able to get them up. SUFFO
