EP and a jewie of any size, if EP's fight anything like bass id love to catch one.

there is the nepean river which is good for bass but due to the closed season you could just go for carp, there are some big carp in the nepean river

Hey guys this is one of my first posts. I love the forum and love fishing. So i am heading to depot beach tomorrow for some camping and fishing therapy in my school holidays. I will be targeting snapper off the beach in my kayak and flathead and bream in the clyde. Never fished either of these spots and was just wondering weather anyone who has fished these spots could give me a bit of a hand with spots, baits and lures for these species, especially snapper because i havent targeted them before. Its greatly appreciated guys, cheers.

Hi guys I am fairly new here and I am going away in a week and a half to durras lakes, I hope to catch some flathead and bream in the lake and hopefully some salmon off the beach. I am going to be live bait fishing fior the bream and flathead with nippers for the bream and poddies for the flathead. What are some tips when fishing for flathead with poddies like rigging and so on. I have a small poddy trap but not sure what to put in it to attract them, is plain bread okay or should I add some tuna oil. Thanks guys.

the nepean isn't that far and it holds heaps of carp and heaps of eels, also holds a fair share of aussie bass.
